Okay, I'll ask my attorney to bring it up at the next hearing. If you intend to play these games with finances I can very well petition for reimbursement of legal expenses. What you're doing is a very common scheme that people in your position try and the courts know that. That's why its so common for one party to request an order that the other party pay for their legal expenses.
